Warning: This is a friendly reminder that editing the Registry is risky, and it can cause irreversible damage to your installation if you don't do it correctly. However, you can still modify the scrolling behavior using the Registry. If you use a mouse to navigate the Windows 10 desktop, the Settings app does not include an option to reverse the scrolling direction.
